@ 409 The futility of following baseless traditions rather than the message and warning sent by Allah via His prophets 5:104

5:104 When it is said to them, 'Come to that which Allah has sent down, and to the Messenger,' they reply, 'Sufficient for us is what we have found our fathers upon,' even though their fathers knew nothing and were not guided.
# وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَعَالَوْا إِلَى مَا أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ وَإِلَى الرَّسُولِ قَالُوا حَسْبُنَا مَا وَجَدْنَا عَلَيْهِ آبَاءَنَا أَوَ لَوْ كَانَ آبَاؤُهُمْ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ شَيْئاً وَلاَ يَهْتَدُونَ 104
